Job Description

Montu is transforming access to alternative healthcare, and Montu Brands is at the forefront of this change. As the Growth & Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will drive commercial growth, shape patient care through partnerships, and spearhead growth within our market access channel, building strategic relationships with clinics, prescribers, suppliers, and industry partners. Unlike GP KAM roles, this position focuses on commercial strategy and partnerships at the clinic and corporate level, influencing prescribing through business levers rather than product detail. You will Drive business development across Montu’s network of ~160 medical cannabis clinics and cultivate partnerships beyond the clinic - including suppliers, Montu’s Leafio and AlternaLeaf businesses, and cross-industry partners. Prospect, engage, and convert partners, negotiate agreements, drive partner-led revenue, and open pathways for field teams. Taking ownership of strategic relationships and collaborating with internal teams. Track performance, ensure compliance, and share insights with senior leadership is also a key part of this role.
