Staff Product Designer, CORE (Mobile) (Visual & Interactive)

The Staff Product Designer role at US Mobile involves maintaining and advocating for a consistent, high-quality design culture. The responsibilities include contributing to new components and leading the marketing page, web app, or ongoing core features. This role focuses on consumer-facing technology, with a specialization in Visual & Interaction Design. Key tasks include creating new components and redesigning the app for Mobile Core features like AI Customer Service, Security, Growth, Roaming, and Shop, with UX improvements. The designer will also contribute to building a new Design Library for web, mobile, and marketing pages and participate in Design Ops rituals to increase the velocity of the design team. Additionally, they will mentor the design team and autonomously advocate for real user needs and business strategy.
