Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product development and innovation within one of Henry Meds' most critical product domains. You will lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through execution, shaping the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for a strategic, data-informed, and execution-focused product leader. Lead the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, translate strategy into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams, manage scope and sprint priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features by proactively identifying and removing blockers. Lead the discovery process for large, complex initiatives, identifying problems, validating solutions, and translating insights into compelling product strategies. Define clear goals, success metrics, and key milestones and align cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Legal.
