Lead Brand Designer

As our Lead Brand Designer, you'll help shape and evolve Synthesia's visual identity, collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Design and the rest of the Brand Design team. You'll lead and inspire a talented team focused on web design, events, and internal brand applications, ensuring our visual identity shines across every touchpoint, and being super hands on designing. Your Key Responsibilities include evolving the brand, creative leadership, strategic collaboration, creative direction, design systems and guidelines, motion & video, and quality assurance. The position requires 6+ years in brand design within high-growth tech startups or B2B SaaS companies, plus experience managing design teams, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and strong communication skills.
