Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliability and continuous operation of Ivanti Cloud services through deployment and SRE practices.
- Advance the platform with a focus on observability, automation, and applying chaos engineering principles.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support production systems and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Possess a BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering and U.S. Citizenship for FedRAMP compliance.
- Demonstrate deployment and troubleshooting skills for Linux, Windows, networks, Kubernetes, and Docker containers.
- Be proficient in coding with at least one language such as Java, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, or advanced Shell Scripting.
Qualifications:
- Have prior experience managing cloud-based SaaS applications and solving operations problems through automation.
- Be familiar with technologies like MongoDB, AWS/Azure, CI/CD tools, and application monitoring platforms.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, a high standard of excellence, and a strong customer focus.
