This role involves overseeing construction processes, managing external contractors, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and local relationships to enhance project outcomes while maintaining strict budget and quality controls. This role is remote with intermittent travel to existing and potential sites required, about 40%.
Responsibilities include pre-construction management, cost optimization, project execution, facilities management, and stakeholder communication. Qualifications include a Bachelorβs degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
