Scope:

• Propose a monthly editorial plan aligned with brand priorities.
• Request and organise footage/assets, then select material, develop hooks/scripts, edit short-form video, and write English copy.
• Adapt approved content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, and manage publishing with performance reporting.

What we are looking for:

• Strong short-form video editing and storytelling portfolio.
• Excellent written English and experience with cycling, outdoor, sports or technical consumer products.
• Comfortable working with a lean team and turning raw footage into publishable content without constant supervision.

Initial scope to quote:

• Propose a monthly package around 8–12 original reels/short-form videos plus reusable supporting graphics/content.
• Specify community-management hours, networks covered, reporting, usage rights and what is included in editing.

Commitment:

• Prefer starting with a 3-month pilot and a small content test before any longer commitment.
• One clearly identified person responsible for the account and delivery.
