Website Designer

Halcyon is seeking a Website Designer to help bring our digital experiences to life across our corporate website and the Ransomware Research Center. This is a hands-on creative role for a designer who loves blending visual design, storytelling, and production execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Website Developer and the Director of Web & Digital to create modern, high-impact designs that elevate Halcyon’s brand and effectively communicate complex ideas in clear, visual ways. This role combines creativity with craft, from building new pages and visual components to producing digital assets and supporting day-to-day web content operations. Key responsibilities include web and UX Design of new website pages, components, and templates in Figma or directly in Webflow. You will also maintain and evolve the website design system for visual consistency and scalability, collaborate with marketing and content teams to design landing pages and campaign experiences, and optimize user flows for clarity, engagement, and conversion. Design Execution will translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages in collaboration with the Website Manager.
