From day one, you’ll be treated as a full member of the content team. Expect to: Write top-notch code and create interview questions for other skilled engineers to tackle. Use AI tools to scale and automate Develop internal processes, tools, and systems to help manage content effectively. Solve problems methodically and efficiently. Keep stakeholders in the loop weekly and seek validation for your ideas.
