Release Train Engineer

Implement the SAFe framework in the Agile Release Train (ART) of the GSN SuperSquad. Moderate agile events at ART level such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), Systemdemos and ART-Sync meetings. Lead the Agile/Scrum Master collaboration with stakeholders to ensure coordination between Agile teams, managers, product management and executives. Support the product manager in managing the program backlog and ensuring the clarity and timeliness of the artifacts. Support in removing obstacles in the teams. Minimum 3 years experience in agile program management, including at least 1 year as RTE or in a comparable leadership position in a SAFe environment. Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and agile metrics. Ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex dependencies. German (C1) Advantage: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification (or equivalent Agile certification) English language skills.
