Senior Patent Docketing Specialist

Foley Hoag is looking for a Senior Patent Docketing Specialist to apply knowledge of patent office rules across a broad range of tasks and quickly identify critical information and related response deadlines. The Senior Patent Docketing Specialist’s responsibilities include: reviewing and triaging all patent correspondence received, ensuring CPi and First-to-File matter specific records are complete and correct, reviewing the entire prosecution file and identify upcoming deadlines, entering applications and identif y deadlines and other case-specific data into the docketing system, generating daily reports, and providing back-up coverage for various docketing functions as needed. Candidates must be available and willing to work overtime hours when necessary.
