Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team delivering tools and updates to GIS systems.
- Oversee administration, maintenance, and optimization of GIS systems and databases.
- Manage data integration from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Technical and Project Execution:
- Conduct spatial analysis for site selection and feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
- Develop high-quality maps, charts, and visualizations to communicate spatial data effectively.
- Lead GIS-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications and Support:
- Bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geography or a related field and 5-7 years of GIS management experience.
- Possess proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, spatial analysis techniques, and project management skills.
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to enhance GIS capabilities across the organization.
