Responsibilities:
- Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert, providing user support, training, and troubleshooting to drive adoption.
- Build and schedule e-marketing journeys in Marketing Cloud, coordinating with digital marketing to ensure CRM best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or relevant certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience building marketing journeys, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Work Environment:
- This is a normal office environment with the ability to work remotely as allowed.
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours and use a personal cell phone for business purposes.
