Role and Impact:
- Play a key role on the cost management/estimating team for one of the largest national healthcare programs.
- Lead estimating efforts, oversee quality control, and clearly communicate cost strategies to clients and consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed quantity take-off and pricing, review construction drawings, and develop comprehensive cost estimates/models.
- Facilitate document control, adhere to QA/QC procedures, and research to maintain accurate cost information.
- Mentor and train a small team of cost estimators and participate in business development and marketing outreach.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of cost management/estimating experience, preferably in consulting or with a large national general contractor.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong communication skills, with HCAI healthcare project experience highly preferred.
- This is a remote position with intermittent travel for client meetings and site visits, offering a collaborative, people-first environment.
