Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with retirement plan specialist advisors in the Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Kansas territory to build long-term business relationships.
  • Educate financial advisors on service benefits through individual meetings, branch visits, seminars, and conferences to support their business growth.
  • Develop tactical plans, manage expense accounts within budget, and perform other assigned duties with substantial autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of two years of experience in financial services.
  • Five years of experience in the retirement plan services industry is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of retirement plan industry concepts and practices.
  • Skill in organizing tasks, delivering professional sales presentations, problem-solving, and using software applications for correspondence and reports.

Work Details:

  • This is a remote position with up to 50% travel required, covering the specified US territory.
  • The role is not eligible for immigration Work Visa sponsorship and involves extensive external client contact to sell services and generate company revenue.
