Job Summary:
- Responsible for supporting the organic growth of the organization.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with financial consultants and prospective clients.
- Driving sales momentum across the sales organization through seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Aid local Mercer Vice Presidents and Wealth Advisors.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 65 or Series 66 license or specific financial planning credentials.
