Job Summary:
- The Client Development Associate works to ensure new clients have the best onboarding experience.
- They partner with RVPs on sales efforts related to channel partners and identifying opportunities.
- They drive leads to close.

- Onboarding new clients efficiently and professionally to ensure better client retention.
- Driving sales momentum by proactively initiating and following up on opportunities with channel partners.
- Playing an integral role in the closing of prospects using exceptional client service skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Prior financial services or related administrative support experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
