Split time between general web design and motion-focused work.
Maintain and evolve design and motion systems with accessibility and scalability in mind.

Key responsibilities:

Support web design needs including page design, responsive layouts, and CMS components.
Animate creative assets using Rive or a similar tool.
Design scroll-driven experiences and component interactions.

Skills & qualifications:

5+ years of web design experience with a portfolio highlighting motion work.
Figma expert: variables, component properties, auto layout, prototyping.
Rive or equivalent experience creating motion assets and lightweight exports.
