Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the evolution of paid media strategy across core and emerging channels, focusing on measurable improvements in pipeline efficiency and ROI.
- Design and run continuous experimentation across targeting, creative, bidding, and landing pages to optimize performance metrics.
- Act as a strategic partner across the Marketing team, influencing messaging, campaign strategy, and targeting.
Performance & Analytics:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate attribution and connect spend to pipeline and revenue.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Drive ongoing optimization loops to improve conversion rates and overall paid channel efficiency.
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to build and optimize web experiences using UI-based tools, aligning with SEO and AEO strategies.
- Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing on ABM strategy, supporting account targeting, segmentation, and channel programs.
- Identify and scale new acquisition channels through structured testing frameworks, establishing repeatable systems for campaign execution.
Candidate Profile:
- Bring 6-10+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech, with deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Possess a builder mentality, comfortable creating structure, processes, and systems from the ground up in a remote, high-impact role.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
