Mechatronics - Robotics Engineer

Implement intuitive human-in-the-loop interfaces to support R&D of dexterous manipulation tasks. Develop low-latency operator-in-the-loop (e.g., teleoperation/telepresence) pipelines for humanoid robot manipulation platforms. Integrate multimodal sensors (vision, haptics, force, tactile, etc.) for richer telepresence. Explore new sensing modalities to improve operator immersion and feedback precision. Collaborate with hardware teams on mechatronic design supporting teleoperation and telepresence readiness. Design and test real-time control algorithms for reliable and responsive humanoid operation. Develop systems that generate high-quality datasets for training autonomous robotic models. Ensure data pipelines are robust, scalable, and adaptable for research needs. Work closely with researchers to rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas. Balance engineering rigor with speed to meet urgent data collection goals.
