As a Manager of Wealth Management (Service) you'll lead a team of licensed advisors who provide comprehensive support to our high net worth clients ($500K+) throughout their journey with us. You'll be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enhancing the client service experience to capture market share from clients being underserved and overcharged by traditional advisory businesses. This is a purpose-driven role focused on building a team that prioritizes client outcomes rather than sales targets, and provides the opportunity to challenge industry norms. Manage and develop a team of licensed financial advisors, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. Implement and monitor the client service journey to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional experiences. Lead performance evaluation using balanced scorecards focused on client experience rather than sales targets. Proactively enhance service delivery processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions. Leverage technology to scale operations and improve efficiency while maintaining service quality. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools that support advisors and enhance client experiences. Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve results. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions. Contribute strategic insights to help grow and scale our wealth management offering.
