Job Description
In this role the individual will:
- Plan, create, and maintain user-focused technical documentation for product features.
- Provide input to shape future content strategy for the product or business unit.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of ServiceNow’s content development processes and writing style.
Additionally, the individual will need to:
- Develop a strong understanding of the ServiceNow product ecosystem.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring other writers.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency.
Required experience:
- Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Understanding of content development life cycles and processes.
- Experience authoring in the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA).
