Job Description

In this role the individual will:

  • Plan, create, and maintain user-focused technical documentation for product features.
  • Provide input to shape future content strategy for the product or business unit.
  • Contribute to the continued evolution of ServiceNow’s content development processes and writing style.

Additionally, the individual will need to:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the ServiceNow product ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate leadership by mentoring other writers.
  • Demonstrate English language proficiency.

Required experience:

  • Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Understanding of content development life cycles and processes.
  • Experience authoring in the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA).
