Finance & Accounting Expert

Accountabilities:

• Design realistic, multi-step finance and accounting tasks from practical workflows, including FP&A analysis and audit procedures.
• Develop clear task instructions and objective grading rubrics for consistent reviewer evaluation.
• Prepare and source supporting materials such as spreadsheets, ledger extracts, and financial statements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze information across multiple financial documents.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and precise written English.

Engagement:

• Competitive hourly compensation of $40–$90, remote contractor arrangement.
• Initial 12-month contract with approximately 15 hours per week.
• Selection process includes application screening, an AI interview, and profile review.
