Senior Director, Technology Program Management, Defense Health

Lead the team responsible for the development and implementation of the Defense Health Agency’s web and mobile technology program, including establishing a software factory approach to web and mobile development. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program performance, including achieving program operational objectives, achieving financial commitments, and the management of operational and financial risks. Identify, qualify and drive on-contract growth in alignment with customer requirements. Lead the integration and coordination with the Government Program Manager, Program Management Office, technical subject matter experts, partners, and subcontractors. Understand the Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) mission and information technology operating environment to act as a trusted advisor through the development and implementation of a multi-sourcing service integration (MSI) environment.
