Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Microsoft and GitHub partner contacts, field teams, and ecosystem stakeholders across Latin America.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft partner relationships and internal stakeholders, managing Partner Center activities and supporting joint go-to-market efforts.
- Own and operationalize Microsoft funding and incentive execution in partnership with Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate enablement, strategic planning, and joint marketing or event activities with Microsoft and GitHub.
- Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that support pipeline growth, customer expansion, and strategic market development.
- Support business reviews, executive updates, and internal reporting related to the partnerships.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in alliance management, partner management, channel sales, or a related role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong relationship management, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Full Professional Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese preferred and experience in Latin America.
