Job Description
Key responsibilities include supporting and enhancing Amazon Connect + Salesforce integration. Diagnosing and resolving ongoing issues with Salesforce and Connect adapters is crucial. Collaborating with AWS and Salesforce support teams is required.
Must provide guidance on integration of best practices and failure handling scenarios. Should assist in development and troubleshooting integration. Must work closely with stakeholders to address enterprise-level use cases.
Required experience includes 5+ years of professional experience with Python. Having experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud is needed. A strong understanding of AWS Connect architecture and Salesforce modules is required.
