- Provide Level 3 technical support for D365 F&O incidents, performing root cause analysis and delivering hotfixes or data fixes.
- Develop and maintain extension-based customisations, SSRS reports, and integrations using OData, REST, and Azure services.
- Support release planning, Azure DevOps pipelines, and LCS activities for environment health and deployments.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on D365 F&O development experience including X++, extensions, and Chain of Command.
- Strong experience with production support, troubleshooting, and delivering supportable customisations in live systems.
- Familiarity with LCS, deployable packages, Azure DevOps, and ITIL processes.
