What We Offer:
- $78,000–$103,000 base salary
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in bonus pay, 2× PTO, or a mix of both
- Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)

What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
- Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
- Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child’s care plan
