Test Manager

Seeking a Test Manager to develop and oversee the enterprise test strategy, plan, and schedule for multiple system releases. The Test Manager will lead test planning, execution, and reporting activities across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Responsibilities include managing defect lifecycle, coordinating testing resources, and ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. The Test Manager will also provide oversight to automated testing efforts and generate test metrics to support decision-making. The candidate will collaborate closely with VA stakeholders to ensure testing supports compliance with business and technical needs, and use test management tools such as ALM, JIRA, or Zephyr in a DevSecOps environment.
