What you'll do:
- Make 5-10 short videos a week for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
- Be on camera building bouquets, dyeing flowers, matching a bride's colors, and answering real bridal questions.
- Pitch your own hooks, write captions, pick audio, and hand off posts ready to publish.
How pay works:
- $25/hour base for about 20 hours a week.
- Earn an extra $2 per 1,000 views past the first 10,000 views, with no cap.
- A video hitting 250,000 views pays an extra $480; one hitting a million pays an extra $1,980.
Why creators like this:
- Your upside isn't capped and your ideas actually ship with no approval maze.
- Supplies are free—flowers, dye, and tools show up at your door.
- Flops are fine; you're judged on views, watch time, saves, and shares, and the only way to get in trouble is not posting.
You're a fit if:
- You already make short-form video for yourself or brands and can link it.
- You're relaxed talking to a camera and good with your hands—any craft counts.
- You shoot and edit start to finish on your own, live in the US, and have a home corner to film and store supplies.
Sola Wood Flowers
Sola Wood Flowers makes wedding flowers from sola wood, hand-cutting and dyeing each petal so bouquets look real and never wilt. The team is small and scrappy, giving creators full freedom to test ideas and post without layers of approval.
