This Head of Performance Marketing (Remote) role represents a genuine ground-floor opportunity to own and scale performance marketing from first principles. As the first dedicated performance marketer, you'll take full ownership of a substantial monthly ad budget (£30,000–£40,000) across all digital channels. Working directly with the Founder/CEO, you'll have the autonomy to establish, optimise and scale acquisition strategies for both moving and storage verticals.
You will develop and relentlessly optimise customer acquisition costs and lead quality metrics across moving and storage services. You will also identify, test and scale new acquisition opportunities through data-driven experimentation.
