Role Overview:
- Lead full-scope red team and penetration testing engagements from scoping through reporting.
- Perform testing of internal networks, web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and external attack surfaces.
- Identify business-logic flaws, edge cases, and attack chains that automated tools miss.
Required Experience:
- 5–10 years hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing.
- Strong background in web application testing and internal network assessments.
- U.S. Citizen required; excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

- Passion for penetration testing and finding what automation misses.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing or agentic workflows.
- Published research, blog posts, or relevant certifications (OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $200,000–$250,000 annually with equity package.
