Leads a national strategy to guide and oversee food is medicine implementation pilots in State Medicaid programs. Responsibilities include coordinating technical assistance, convenings, stakeholder engagement, and capturing learnings and creating dissemination strategies. Responsible for ensuring grant reporting and reconciliation; and serve as primary point of contact for project engagement. Manage strategic relationships with state Medicaid teams participating in the Health Care by Food initiative, coordinates delivery of high-touch technical assistance, and serves as the internal point person liaising between AHA science teams, policy staff, external consultants and state agencies. Plans and facilitates semi-annual national roundtables that convene payors, Medicaid leaders, lived experience partners, and technical experts.
