Senior Frontend Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build the experiences that power our Customer Success platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering new features that improve how customers, brokers, and internal teams connect with our services - including intelligent, agentic customer support systems. In your first 12 months, you’ll lead development of intuitive, high-performing customer-facing portals, enhance our support tools with automation and AI-driven experiences, and help lay the foundations for scalable, delightful user interactions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to bring ideas to life - from concept to production. Responsibilities: - Develop modern, responsive front-end features using React and TypeScript, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and usability. - Craft intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that make engaging with our platform seamless for customers and brokers. - Collaborate on building agentic, AI-powered tools that empower customer success teams to solve problems faster and more effectively.
