• Improve our AI analysis systems for coaching sessions, integrating alerts.
• Automate progress tracking and reporting for coaches and clients.

Strategic Management and Internal Project:

• Develop and manage a structured process for creating customer case studies.
• Develop a centralized intelligent client directory.
• Design standardized project management processes for each event.
