Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes performing general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and conducting in-depth analysis. A key aspect of their role involves assisting with the monthly financial close process and ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations. In addition, the Accountant will contribute to the development and enforcement of robust accounting methods, policies, and principles. They will also play a role in enhancing financial processes to effectively support new business requirements, identify opportunities for system and procedural improvements, and suggest corrective actions when necessary. This position requires a proactive individual ready to tackle a diverse range of operational tasks.
