Job Description
This role involves designing and building automations to replace tedious workflows, reducing manual steps significantly. Responsibilities include integrating systems like HubSpot, Greenhouse, Airtable, and CRMs, along with deploying resilient and observable workflows using tools like n8n, Retool, or Apify. A key aspect is owning reliability by creating alerts, SLAs, and dashboards for monitoring failures, cost, and usage. The role also includes building internal tools and templates for non-engineers to launch their own automations. The successful candidate will replace a high-volume manual process with a scalable automated pipeline, launch at least one reusable internal tool or automation template, and set up dashboards to track key metrics.
