Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and elevate all lifecycle creative across our portfolio of brands.
  • Manage designer VAs, ensuring every lifecycle touchpoint feels intentional and on-brand.
  • Act as a key bridge between Retention, Brand, Growth, and CRO.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience designing for DTC, CPG, or consumer brands.
  • Experience managing junior designers, contractors, or VAs (strong plus).
  • Proficient in Figma or an equivalent design tool.

Qualities:

  • Exceptionally organized and confident managing multiple designers and projects at once.
  • A thoughtful leader who supports and develops others while holding a high bar.
  • Excited to build structure, not just execute tasks.
