Modernize a mission-critical legacy system managing billions of dollars in U.S. international security cooperation.
Work alongside AI agents (Codex, Claude Code) to replace a decades-old system with a modern, humane web platform.
Build complete vertical slices of business capability from UI and API to database and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Decompose complex problems into precise specifications that AI agents can implement, owning the final output through rigorous human review.
Build and maintain vertical slices of capability including React frontends, Node services, Prisma schemas, and AWS infrastructure.
Own the user experience for complex, policy-laden workflows, ensuring multi-step wizards and data-dense interfaces are simple and intuitive.

Required Experience:

7+ years of experience building production web systems with proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools (Codex, Claude Code, or equivalent) on real-world codebases.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and security fundamentals.
