Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Lead the design, development, and deployment of AWS Lex-based skill bots.
-Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
-Design conversation flows, intents, slots, and fulfillment logic in alignment with user journey goals.
Qualifications:
-Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lex (V1/V2) for chatbot and voice bot development.
-Proven expertise in skill bot design and modular architecture for multi-intent handling.
-Proficiency in AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and S3.
