Category Manager – Technology Procurement

HERE Technologies is seeking a strategic Category Manager to join our global sourcing team and lead procurement initiatives across IT hardware, software, telecom, and data center services. This role involves developing and executing category strategies, leading RFx processes, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to deliver cost savings and mitigate risk. The Category Manager will analyzing spend data, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor vendor performance. The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with a focus on IT and experience with RFx processes and supplier relationship management.
