Client Success Manager (4-Month Contract)

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as the backbone of our client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every client feels supported, empowered, and on track to achieve their goals. You’ll interact virtually with clients, combining technical expertise with a personalised touch. Your day-to-day will include: Capturing client details and setting up customised communications via our CRM system integrated with WhatsApp. Crafting engaging, informative, and motivational messages to educate and inspire clients on their wellness journey. Monitoring client progress and offering guidance. Building authentic relationships by remembering and incorporating personal milestones (e.g., new jobs, babies, or moves) into interactions.
