Lead Product Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with deep product-led growth (PLG) experience to drive member-focused thinking across an entire product pillar. As Alignable's Lead Product Manager (PLG-Focused), you'll be the product lead on a cross-functional squad that includes UX, Engineering, and a dedicated Growth Marketer who will work as your partner to achieve shared funnel goals. You will help us build tech-enabled products that create best-in-class social referral and networking experiences for small businesses, with a particular focus on driving 40-day retention of paid users. To do this well, you'll need proven experience building modern, engaging experiences in PLG environments where user activation, adoption, and retention drive business growth. You will be generating and testing hypotheses about user behavior, balancing qualitative and quantitative data with your product intuition.
