The Property Accountant manages and maintains the financial health of our property portfolio, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, preparing journal entries, managing loan payments, and communicating with vendors.

Responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase sales. Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team from AR AP and GL Module, including Client Billing Management and Audit Supports.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations within the APAC region, taking charge of the end-to-end AP process and spearheading payment cycles to guarantee timely and compliant payments. You will also manage credit card reconciliation while engaging in effective communication with suppliers.
