Work as part of the multidisciplinary Acute Care team to ensure our Mobile Integrated Care team is properly dispatched and assist our clinicians in successfully caring for our patients. Serve as a scheduler for the Acute Care Team. Facilitate communication between healthcare clinicians and collaborate with intake and triage clinicians to answer inbound requests.
