As an Enablement Program Specialist, you will support the maintenance and development of our internal knowledge base by creating, updating, auditing, and tracking content to ensure it aligns with organizational needs. You will assist in the rollout of new features, SOPs, processes, and designs related to the knowledge base.

Assist with content operations at Study.com by performing daily project administration tasks to ensure the quality and consistency of educational and promotional resources. This is a remote contract role requiring overlap with PST working hours. Responsibilities include freelancer onboarding, QA, correspondence, feedback, and issue escalation.
