Valuation Coordinator

Responsible for assigning and tracking Appraisal files and providing status updates on files when needed. Ensure NAF requirements and timelines are met while providing a product that meets customer goals and USPAP requirements. Communicating with Appraisers, Operations Staff and Mortgage Bankers through email, telephone, and written correspondence.
