Responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients. You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development.
As the Clinical Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in launching and shaping our brand-new After-School ABA Program—bringing your expertise and creativity to every stage of development and implementation. Your impact will include case oversight, developing treatment plans, and monitoring RBTs’ clinical performance. You will also maintain client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments; develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives; supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans; and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
As a BCBA at Cortica, play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment, lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients; lead caregiver coaching and support; conduct remote assessments and behavior plans and ensure quality care through ongoing documentation. Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team. Looking for an active BCBA living in Georgia, with strong digital fluency and commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
Provide remote direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish, implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, and collaborate with the Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met. Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, as well as conduct remote functional behavioral and risk assessments.
