Responsible for the receipt of new Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program referrals, triage process and initial engagement of the Participant, you will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service, managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders like VAC Case Managers and Rehabilitation Service Professionals.
