  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, working with children ages 2–18.
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, and write individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
